Amartha is seeking an experienced Business Manager (Team Leader) to lead and supervise our team members effectively. The primary responsibility is to oversee business operations, ensuring efficiency while setting strategic goals for the future. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the performance and achievement of targets by the marketing/business partner team.
- Conduct market reviews and implement strategies to meet established targets.
- Oversee business processes regarding SOPs, both administratively and on the ground.
- Manage the quality and quantity of branch/point portfolios.
- Ensure team cohesion and effectively manage internal conflicts based on company policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational qualification: Diploma.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Experience leading teams of 5-10 members.
- Minimum of 2 years in Micro Finance as a Manager (experience in Grameen Financial Institutions preferred).
- Ability to devise sales and marketing strategies to achieve team targets.
- Must possess a motorcycle and a valid SIM C.
- Willingness to be stationed across the Ketapang region.
