The Role

As the Business Operations Manager at myTomorrows, you will serve as the operational backbone of our organization, overseeing the systems, governance, and processes that enable our rapidly growing health tech company to operate with clarity and efficiency. Reporting directly to the CEO’s Chief of Staff, you will partner with the extended leadership team to ensure seamless operations and effective communication throughout the organization as we scale.

This role is characterized by high ownership and visibility. You will establish, maintain, and uphold rigorous standards for the processes that unify our company and ensure that strategic objectives translate into executable actions, spanning OKRs, KPIs, cross-functional project management, and coordination among the leadership team. You will engage with stakeholders across all levels of seniority and will be entrusted to drive initiatives and resolve challenges independently.
