About the Fleet Development Team
Our Fleet Development team is at the forefront of negotiations and growth initiatives in Spain. We continuously work to establish new partnerships and enhance our value proposition, ensuring our partners thrive on our platform.
Role Mission
Your role will be pivotal in structuring and leading the analytical and governance functions within the fleet vertical. You will coordinate the Fleet Resource Center (FRC), define critical metrics, and create dashboards that enhance operational performance. Ensuring data alignment between our partners and marketplace will be key to maintaining traceability and profitability.
How You Will Help Us Achieve Our Mission:
You will enhance the analytical framework for our partners, from data sources to routine models.
You will redefine monitoring indicators to ensure each metric directly impacts the business.
You will design reporting tools and dashboards for both local and global stakeholders.
You will build solid business cases for new operational models, analyzing unit economics and deployment plans.
You will identify bottlenecks in critical processes to propose enhancements and automations.
You will analyze partner profitability by cohorts and asset types to uncover growth levers.
