HOW WE DO IT:

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze and adapt campaign builds according to client requirements.
- Create and schedule journeys and emails on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Develop HTML for emails using responsive design and best coding practices.
- Maintain accurate email templates incorporating the latest HTML and CSS standards.
- Modify HTML code to ensure proper deployment within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Possess a thorough understanding of effective design principles, HTML/CSS production, and email-specific coding requirements.
- Understand how emails render across mobile devices, web-based email clients, and desktop applications.
- Technical skills required: HTML, CSS, Photoshop, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Email UI/UX, and responsive design.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Content Builder, Journey Builder, and email deployments.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Conduct quality checks and monitor all deliverables.
