Your Role:
Lead Sierra’s Premier Account Program: You will spearhead the strategy, execution, and performance reporting for our most significant accounts, collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing Operations. Your goal will be to accelerate deals through tailored messaging, content, and campaigns, while working alongside Account Executives to gain insights into account priorities and opportunities for growth.
Act as a Marketing Generalist: Our dynamic team requires versatility; you will take ownership of various tasks ranging from creating landing pages and developing content to launching campaigns and analyzing their outcomes. Your enthusiasm for shaping Sierra’s global presence and navigating uncertainty will be key as we scale.
Create Impactful Account Experiences: You will craft customized assets throughout the buyer journey, including one-pagers, landing pages, and personalized content. Your ability to identify trends across accounts and translate insights into actionable strategies will be crucial.
Utilize Events & Hospitality: Collaborate closely with the Events team to curate exceptional experiences for top accounts during significant events (like executive dinners, customer onsite visits, and major conferences). You will help shape the “Top Accounts Track” for key events, determining when bespoke experiences are a worthy investment.
