Qualifications

Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct client care in both one-on-one and group settings, utilizing intensive teaching methods and natural environment training. Implement behavior skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as per the individualized treatment plan developed by the BCBA/BC. Collect, document, and analyze data on observable client behavior. Assist in training parents and caregivers in alignment with the client's treatment and behavior reduction strategies. Ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation following established procedures. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding client progress under the guidance of the BCBA/BC. Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment and report any critical incidents or safety concerns. Support the BCBA/BC in preparing client materials and conducting behavior assessments. Qualifications: Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Passion for working with children and making a difference in their lives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

This approach significantly enhances communication skills, daily living abilities, and social behaviors, empowering children to thrive academically, socially, and at home.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, based in our center.
