Key Responsibilities of a Behavior Technician: Deliver direct care to clients in both one-on-one and group settings using a blend of intensive teaching and natural environment training. Implement behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies as specified in the individualized treatment plans developed by our BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). Accurately collect, document, and summarize data regarding observable client behaviors. Support parent and caregiver training aligned with the client's treatment and behavior reduction strategies. Ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation per established protocols. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding client progress as directed by BCBA. Adhere to safe and appropriate procedures while working with clients and report any critical incidents or safety concerns promptly. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapeutic environment. Assist BCBA in the preparation of client materials, behavior assessments, and skill acquisition plans.

They create personalized, one-on-one programs that empower children to successfully navigate routine tasks, improving their communication skills, daily living abilities, and social behaviors essential for success at home, in school, and within the community.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, center-based.
