Strong passion for supporting children with autism Demonstrated patience, empathy, and teamwork skills Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED required Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and a Tuberculosis test (if not done in the past year) Ability to pass a pre-employment background check Physical capability to perform various movements (sitting, standing, bending, etc.) Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds

In this rewarding position, you will work closely with children, executing tailored behavior intervention plans under the mentorship of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
