Our Client Experience Operations team at Wealthsimple is dedicated to maintaining high standards in our support organization. We integrate operations, technology, workforce management, quality, and enablement within a collaborative environment. This role is part of the enablement division, focusing on enhancing the capabilities of our support workforce, understanding how agents learn, adapt to change, perform, and maintain engagement.
Your Role
As the Change Readiness Manager reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Performance & Engagement, you will lead a dynamic, high-impact team responsible for managing our support workforce's adaptation to change. Every product launch, update, and new tool represents a change management opportunity for our geographically diverse workforce, which has varied operating conditions, learning styles, and needs. The fast-paced nature of change requires a dedicated leader to elevate our readiness capabilities.
This position signifies a strategic investment in our future. You will build upon existing foundational efforts to create a scalable, measurable, and coordinated approach to change readiness, ensuring alignment with the rapid pace of Wealthsimple’s evolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead our change readiness strategy: Oversee the intake system, manage a unified change calendar, and establish frameworks to prioritize changes effectively. Ensure a logical flow of updates that our team can easily navigate.
Enhance our enablement strategy: Implement diverse delivery methods, including ongoing micro-learning initiatives, structured briefings for frontline leaders, and large-scale projects linked to significant product launches, tool transitions, or workflow enhancements.
