Your Responsibilities: Manage the channel relationship comprehensively, ensuring strategic accountability for partner success. Act as the strategic leader for partner engagement, alignment, and performance. Oversee the P&L for assigned channel partnerships, maintaining a thorough understanding of revenue, margin, costs, and ROI. Lead strategic kickoff meetings (SKOs), quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and other high-level partner engagements. Establish strong executive alignment through organizational mapping and relationships with senior stakeholders. Support and empower partner sales representatives through training, tools, and continuous support. Align partner compensation and incentive structures to foster growth and achieve targeted outcomes. Design and implement co-marketing strategies alongside internal marketing teams and external partners. Build, manage, and expand a partner-driven pipeline, generating both partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue. Develop and execute joint business plans that deliver impactful results and long-term value. Embrace AI tools as a default approach to enhance efficiency in thinking, building, and shipping products. Your Qualifications: 5+ years of demonstrated experience in channel, partner, or alliances roles with a proven track record in revenue and pipeline ownership. Experience leading executive-level engagements and fostering strategic partnerships.

In your role as a Channel Manager at Array, you will oversee the entire channel relationship, acting as the strategic leader responsible for enhancing partner engagement, driving performance, and fostering growth. You will manage the P&L, align with executives, support partner sales teams, and spearhead co-marketing initiatives. Your primary focus will be on developing and scaling a high-impact, partner-driven pipeline that yields measurable revenue outcomes. This position reports directly to the SVP of Partnerships.
