Key ResponsibilitiesChannel Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a channel business plan in line with 1Kosmos’ growth objectives in India, with potential expansion opportunities across the Middle East-Africa (MEA) and South East Asia. Partner Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify and onboard high-potential partners to enhance 1Kosmos’ market reach in India, including training and joint account planning. Pipeline Development & Co-Selling: Collaborate with partners to create joint pipelines through account mapping, lead-sharing, and marketing initiatives. Enablement & Incentives: Conduct regular training sessions and design incentive programs to motivate partners. Execution & Governance: Ensure compliance with 1Kosmos’ channel policies and effectively manage distributor inventory and marketing funds. Requirements:6–10 years of experience in enterprise IT/security sales with a minimum of 4 years in channel management within India. Strong connections with major Indian distributors, system integrators, and resellers. Proven success in developing and executing joint go-to-market strategies with partners. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Job Purpose / Summary

The Channel Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing 1Kosmos’ network of distributors, resellers, and system integrators throughout India. This position is essential for fostering strong partnerships with executives, implementing effective go-to-market strategies, and ensuring that our partners successfully generate tangible pipelines, bookings, and customer satisfaction across both commercial and public sectors. Collaboration with internal sales, marketing, pre-sales, and customer success teams will be crucial to expedite revenue driven by partners.

Location: India (Preference for Mumbai or Bangalore). Frequent travel to partner offices, distributors, and customer meetings across the country.
