Your Impact
You will shape the future of an organization that digitizes and automates complex intralogistical processes, ranging from WMS to material flow control and the integration of intricate software solutions. In this role, you will:
Actively influence strategic development and growth
Lead key customer engagements personally
Manage challenging projects with significant technical depth
Consistently enhance the organization, processes, and market position
Ensure maximal visibility both internally and externally
Your Qualifications
A deep understanding of intralogistics processes and their IT/automation representation
Experience with complex system landscapes (WMS, ERP, software, material flow)
A proven track record in selling complex solutions
Capability to manage projects, clients, and the organization simultaneously
Entrepreneurial mindset and genuine ownership
Typically, you are currently in roles such as:
Managing Director or Business Unit Leader
Head of Intralogistics / Automation / Software
Or in a comparable key role with P&L responsibility
