You will identify opportunities to leverage AI to automate routine tasks, accelerate insights, enhance decision-making processes, and fundamentally revolutionize how the People team operates on a larger scale. Your Impact: Lead the operational cadence of the People Leadership Team, encompassing leadership meetings, quarterly and annual planning, and strategic reviews. Ensure cohesive alignment across People functions and Centers of Excellence by integrating strategy, planning, and execution. Collaborate with functional leaders, PMO, and finance to translate company priorities into clear objectives and operational plans for the People team. Develop robust reporting mechanisms and dashboards to monitor key People metrics, strategic initiatives, and organizational performance, coordinating reporting metrics for the board and executive team as necessary. Identify and implement AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance the operational efficiency of the People organization, streamlining routine reporting and communication while improving data synthesis for quicker, more informed decisions.
