Internship Overview
This Chief of Staff internship focuses on building and refining operational processes to help Seetch reach its growth targets. The position centers on finding practical solutions to operational challenges as the company scales. It fits someone who enjoys organizing, problem-solving, and laying the groundwork for a young business.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and automate workflows for onboarding, payroll, and customer service.
- Identify new channels for driver recruitment and analyze conversion rates to improve acquisition strategies.
- Strengthen sales materials by updating pitch scripts, creating presentation tools, and documenting common objections from drivers.
- Develop offers and partnerships that provide added value for drivers, such as insurance or service benefits.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a business school or similar program.
- Works independently, stays organized, and seeks solutions.
- Comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace, Excel or Google Sheets, Notion).
- Strong communication skills and able to connect with drivers.
- Handles multiple tasks at once and adapts quickly to new situations.
- Experience in operations or project management is a plus.
