We are on the lookout for a Chief Sales Officer to spearhead and expand our global sales efforts, craft and oversee customer success operations, build and lead a high-performance sales team, and implement strategies to grow Avala's marketplace and SaaS revenue streams.

In your role as Chief Sales Officer, you will collaborate closely with our founder and leadership team to enhance existing sales channels and boost customer satisfaction, while also developing, testing, and scaling innovative go-to-market strategies. You will be responsible for assembling a dynamic sales team, shaping a positive company culture, and formulating effective sales strategies, while actively contributing to the sales pipeline and revenue growth. You will recruit and structure our sales and customer success teams, as well as define and implement processes and tools that foster our data-driven and efficient organization. We are looking for a proactive thought leader who inspires and mentors team members by sharing industry insights and expertise, fostering a culture of clarity, customer understanding, and problem-solving driven by market intelligence and exceptional negotiation skills. The ideal candidate should possess an entrepreneurial mindset, be highly collaborative, data-oriented, and passionate about building innovative solutions.
