Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who will spearhead Fixa's technological strategy, architecture, and implementation. This pivotal role will ensure that our platform remains secure, scalable, compliant, and ready to support the rapid expansion of multiple fintech products and partnerships.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a long-term technology strategy that aligns with our business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and enhance engineering teams, systems, and development processes to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Guarantee the security, reliability, and compliance of our platform.
- Oversee architectural decisions to facilitate scalability, integrations, and data management.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Operations leadership to drive innovation.
- Foster a robust engineering culture, setting standards and performance management practices.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in scaling fintech or regulated platforms within growth-stage companies.
- In-depth knowledge of payments, lending systems, APIs, and data infrastructure.
- Experience in building and leading high-performing technical teams.
- Ability to balance speed, technical debt, security, and long-term scalability.
