Qualifications

- Conducting regular training sessions for cleaning staff on machinery and equipment handling.
- Developing detailed work schedules for various cleaning operations.
- Maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders and clients, ensuring all documentation is properly managed and signed.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints efficiently.
- Identifying and sourcing prospective clients for business growth.
- Reporting operational activities to the Business Manager.
