As the Cleaning Operations Supervisor, you will be instrumental in overseeing and executing one-off cleaning operations to ensure exemplary service delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and implementing all one-off cleaning operations, ensuring they meet safety, hygiene, and contractual standards.
- Managing the timely execution of cleaning tasks while optimizing the use of materials and equipment.
- Possessing comprehensive knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals, and supervising their effective use.
- Conducting regular training sessions for cleaning staff on machinery and equipment handling.
- Developing detailed work schedules for various cleaning operations.
- Maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders and clients, ensuring all documentation is properly managed and signed.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints efficiently.
- Identifying and sourcing prospective clients for business growth.
- Reporting operational activities to the Business Manager.
