Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Manage waste and recycling bins by emptying and cleaning them regularly.
- Ensure surfaces, fixtures, and equipment are cleaned and disinfected following company standards.
- Restock cleaning supplies as necessary.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns swiftly and professionally.
- Follow established safety protocols consistently.
- Cooperate with team members to accomplish tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a cleaning role is advantageous.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices.
- Meticulous attention to detail and passion for delivering exceptional results.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Physically capable of performing tasks that may require lifting and prolonged standing.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
