Client Accounting Analyst at Real Chemistry | Multiple Locations

Key Responsibilities:Manage invoice processing and address client accounting/billing discrepancies with internal teams and clients. Process purchase orders as requested. Track and manage accounts receivable statuses; participate in monthly financial review meetings with account teams and generate financial queries as needed. Assist with client reporting, audit requests, and data collection for assigned accounts. Review monthly fee and expense details; retrieve documentation/files as necessary to ensure correct expense coding. Reconcile charges within the internal financial system. Provide detailed time and expense reports for assigned accounts to Project Managers. Support the department by maintaining files, contracts, and other relevant documentation. Complete assigned accounting/billing tasks and assist across the business when required. Liaise with and review work of external teams as necessary.
