Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Client Engagement Manager based in Seattle, Washington. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional client outcomes while fostering a culture of operational excellence and trust.

As one of the first full-time project leaders at AZX, you will collaborate closely with company founders and engineering teams, influencing both client success and our delivery model’s scalability. You will also contribute to the development of internal playbooks and frameworks that enhance client value over time.

Join a team of seasoned professionals from climate and AI sectors, including experts from Microsoft, AI2, ARM, and prominent utilities, ensuring a rich blend of innovation and knowledge.

Your Responsibilities

You will oversee projects spanning client engagements and internal initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Direct client engagements from inception to delivery and post-launch support, ensuring measurable outcomes and satisfaction.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by acting as a strategic partner and ensuring effective solution deployment.

  • Facilitate workshops that incorporate AI perspectives into strategies and translate outcomes into actionable plans.

  • Coordinate software design and implementation efforts, aligning stakeholders across engineering, AI specialists, and clients.
