We are currently searching for a passionate Client Experience Manager (CEM) to enhance our existing team.
Compensation:
$19.50 - $21.00 per hour
Quarterly bonuses up to $2,100 annually

As a Client Experience Manager, you will uphold XYZ Storage's reputation for exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with their storage needs, managing daily operations, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
Showcase available storage units to customers
Facilitate unit rentals
Promote and sell merchandise and services
Facility Operations
Open and close the facility
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all areas
Conduct locker checks
Ensure the office and kitchen are clean
Maintain and organize trucks
Sales
Strong sales skills are essential for this role, as you will need to effectively communicate our unique offerings to potential customers.
