Role Overview
As a Client Implementation & Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the seamless onboarding and operational setup of new B2B client accounts within a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment. This full-time position requires meticulous attention to detail and a strong aptitude for technology to ensure all systems, workflows, and reporting mechanisms are effectively configured before and after the launch.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical abilities, a process-oriented mindset, and the comfort to navigate various platforms and tools to guarantee an optimal client implementation experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the technical and operational establishment of new B2B client accounts, including system configurations, workflow designs, and tool integrations.
Collaborate with onboarding, IT, and operations teams to ensure all client specifications are accurately implemented.
Create and manage implementation trackers, status reports, and documentation for client interactions.
Perform pre-launch audits and quality checks to confirm all configurations adhere to client requirements.
Track post-launch performance metrics and report any anomalies or discrepancies to the relevant internal teams.
Keep precise records of client setups, configurations, and any change requests within internal systems.
Document implementation procedures and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of onboarding playbooks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Provide analytical reporting to leadership regarding implementation timelines, potential bottlenecks, and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in a Client Implementation, Operations Analyst, or Technical Onboarding position within a BPO, outsourcing, or managed services setting.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work across multiple systems and data sources simultaneously.
Experience in creating reports, trackers, and documentation to facilitate client implementations.
Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including formula creation and data organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
