Position Summary

As the Client Leader, you will leverage your expertise in K-12 design to build enduring client relationships and influence project design. You will lead teams towards design excellence while driving business development initiatives, and ensuring project success through collaboration with project managers and clients. This role also positions you as a representative of DLR Group at conferences and professional events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide design thought leadership for a variety of K-12 projects through client engagement and in-house team leadership.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by engaging in RFP processes and client interviews.
