Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Client Interaction & Communication: Engage consistently with internal teams, project managers, onboarding leads, and client contacts to facilitate smooth updates and ensure clarity and alignment. Participate in internal handoff meetings to guarantee service desk readiness and ongoing support. Work in collaboration with new IT providers during client transitions to ensure a flawless offboarding process. Technical Assessment & Documentation:Utilize diagnostic and discovery tools to assess client environments, documenting infrastructure, security posture, and operational workflows. Update and maintain standardized documentation, including:Workstation build checklistsEmployee onboarding/offboarding checklistsConfiguration documentation for managed services toolsIdentify and report service gaps between legacy and target managed services. Tool Deployment & Configuration:Deploy and configure essential managed services tools, including:Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR)SOC/SIEM platformsWeb and DNS protectionMonitoring and diagnostic toolsBackup agents and softwareInstall and configure software such as:Microsoft 365Microsoft DefenderMimecastRMM tools (Datto RMM, Kaseya VSA)ConnectWise PSAOther MSP, helpdesk, and security toolsOperations & Support:Manage individual and team service/project tickets, providing timely updates. Coordinate with vendors to resolve technical issues on behalf of customers. Ensure that all deployed tools and changes uphold client productivity and operational integrity.
