Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Client Service Specialist in Atlanta, GA to assist our advisors and their clients while performing essential administrative tasks. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing client relationships and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional client service, supporting both clients and advisors through effective communication (both electronic and verbal), account openings, asset transfer facilitation, and processing money movements.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all tasks, including documentation, tracking client-related activities, and updating client information in our systems.
- Initiate and manage workflow processes, ensuring checklists are created and completed for meetings such as onboarding, comprehensive reviews, discovery meetings, and terminations.
- Prepare necessary documentation for client meetings, including generating reports, and attend meetings in a supportive or learning capacity.
- Monitor client account activities, proactively researching and resolving issues to meet clients' needs.
- Oversee the management of conference room calendars and assist with logistical arrangements.
- Screen and direct incoming calls, take messages, and warmly greet and accommodate guests.
- Handle office environment tasks, including supply ordering, document organization, and maintaining a professional office appearance.
- Assist in planning and coordinating client events.
