What does the Associate role entail?
As a Client Services Associate, your main duty will be to efficiently connect our clients (Private Equity & Consultancy firms) with top-tier industry experts globally. If you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, proSapient is the perfect place for you. After a comprehensive training program, you will develop a variety of valuable skills in communication, sales, project management, and negotiation.
This is not a conventional 9-to-5 position; we collaborate with prestigious investment and professional services firms, and the role may occasionally require extra hours. However, the potential for uncapped commission and career growth makes the effort worthwhile!
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Brief Understanding: Grasp various client briefs and conduct initial research into new industries, companies, and topics to build a solid understanding of client needs, enhancing your commercial acumen.
- Expert Sourcing: Post understanding of client briefs, a significant portion of your day will involve sourcing experts globally by utilizing our AI-driven platform and professional networking sites.
- Expert Communication: Engage with potential experts through various outbound methods (calls, emails, messaging) to assess their suitability for client briefs. This role offers excellent opportunities to expand your industry knowledge, enhance your professional network, and sharpen your negotiation skills.
