Your Responsibilities:Act as a strategic partner, aligning SeatGeek's technology with client business goals to foster revenue growth and create mutually beneficial solutions. Identify and implement opportunities for product adoption, commercial enhancement, and fan engagement to optimize client performance. Conduct comprehensive business reviews, both internally and with clients, providing insights that drive renewals, adoption, and overall client success. Utilize robust client relationships to cultivate advocacy through case studies, referrals, and increased industry visibility. Manage daily communications, address challenges, and build trust with a diverse portfolio of clients, including complex accounts. Travel to client events as necessary (up to 25-30%) to enhance client engagement. Analyze product usage, sales, and financial metrics using tools like Looker, Excel, Google Suite, and internal reporting systems to inform strategic decisions. Lead internal projects, collaborating across departments to support client and team-wide needs and influence product roadmaps. Participate in internal planning initiatives, including forecasting, onboarding, and scaling client success operations.
