The Role: We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Client Success Manager specializing in Real Estate to enhance our team within the single-family residential (SFR) sector. This role involves providing direct support to our investor clients, significantly enhancing their capabilities in property discovery, underwriting, comparative analysis, and strategic decision-making through Entera's advanced technology across acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management strategies. You will be tasked with profiling and refining investment goals, facilitating both acquisitions and dispositions for our investor clients, and ensuring they derive maximum value from the Entera platform.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Engage in daily communications with clients regarding asset performance, market trends, and platform usage.
  • Foster and nurture strong relationships across various levels within client organizations, leading internal and external meetings, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Formulate strategic plans to assist clients in achieving their capital deployment, acquisition, and disposition objectives.
  • Manage external relationships for newly onboarded clients.
  • Provide weekly performance insights and monthly market analyses to guide clients in optimizing their operations.
  • Proactively identify potential client capacity constraints and leverage data to uncover new opportunities.
  • Act as a primary product specialist, educating clients on maximizing their self-sufficiency on the Entera platform and recommending the most suitable tools for their requirements.
  • Oversee and conduct quality control on Broker Price Opinion (BPO) processes, producing weekly activity reports on disposition listings.
