Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant scientific field or equivalent experience. Current RRT license is mandatory. Prior experience in training or educating healthcare professionals is highly desirable. Experience in the Medical Device Industry, particularly in a Clinical Specialist role, is strongly preferred. Familiarity with Sentec products is advantageous. Ability to swiftly grasp new product enhancements and training materials. COVID-19 vaccination is required, along with any other vaccinations necessary for vendor credentialing.

Clinical Application Specialist (CAS) is a dynamic clinical education position dedicated to delivering both internal and external clinical and educational support. This role plays a crucial part in driving the company's revenue growth through exceptional customer service and education initiatives. As a CAS, you will provide training and education to both new and existing users of Sentec products, collaborating closely with the field sales and marketing teams to enhance onboarding and continuous training for sales personnel. Responsibilities include delivering both on-site and virtual education, conducting CE and non-CE presentations, and participating in state and potentially national society events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Sentec products within key market segments to support revenue growth objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to coordinate and implement comprehensive training programs for customers, both onsite and virtually.
  • Facilitate a unified understanding of technology among healthcare providers while effectively communicating the clinical and economic value propositions.
  • Engage in product evaluations and assist with installations.
  • Evaluate customer needs to provide thorough training and hands-on experience with our products, focusing on maintenance and troubleshooting for the clinical team.
  • Deliver essential education and training that promotes optimal usage of technology in both new and established accounts.
  • This is a remote position (home-based in the Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, or Miami metropolitan areas) with a travel requirement of over 60% and flexible working hours.
