Position Overview
As the Clinical Director at Boca Recovery Center, you will be at the forefront of our clinical operations, leading a dedicated team to provide high-quality, evidence-based treatment for clients facing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. This essential leadership position will require you to establish clinical policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and cultivate a collaborative environment focused on enhancing client outcomes and supporting professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide the clinical team, offering training and support to uphold high standards of care.
- Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations, licensing standards, and accreditation requirements.
- Facilitate ongoing training and professional development for staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to clinical team members.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures consistent with best practices in substance use treatment.
- Oversee client intake, assessment, treatment planning, and discharge processes to optimize treatment delivery.
- Monitor client progress through regular documentation and treatment outcome reviews.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive care and effective case management.
- Engage in strategic planning initiatives to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, community resources, and referral sources.
- Manage crises and intervene as necessary to ensure client safety and continuity of care.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of current research and best practices in addiction treatment and mental health services.
