Qualifications

• Exceptional English communication skills with a neutral accent
• Familiarity with US or AUS markets
• Strong listening skills and ability to handle objections effectively
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to work on a graveyard shift
• Proficient with modern technology, including VoIP, desktop sharing, and cloud services
• Competent in word processing and spreadsheet applications (e.g., MS Office)
• Familiar with online scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar)
• Strong communication skills via phone, email, and instant messaging
