Your Role

We are looking for driven and accomplished Account Executives to join our commercial team as pivotal sales leaders within the Australian market. You will spearhead sales efforts targeting larger practices, clinics, and health systems by establishing strong relationships with clinicians and healthcare decision-makers.

Your primary responsibility will be to promote our suite of autonomous AI products, ensuring Heidi's success throughout Australia.

This role demands a proven SaaS individual contributor who can take charge of deals and inspire a highly motivated team. A successful track record in software sales and a competitive spirit are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate sales opportunities within the Australian market, forging relationships with key stakeholders across larger practices, clinics, and health systems.

  • Exhibit strong individual performance, establishing a benchmark for sales excellence and leading by example in sales processes and execution.

  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline using product usage insights to ensure consistent lead generation, nurturing, and accurate sales forecasting.

  • Employ solution-oriented selling techniques to understand client needs and customize Heidi’s platform to address specific challenges faced by healthcare organizations.

  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the value of our autonomous AI products.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success, to drive market expansion.
