Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Commercial Account Manager to drive the adoption, retention, and growth of our customer base. In this pivotal role within our post-sale team, you will serve as the main commercial liaison for a vital segment of our clientele. Your mission is to cultivate enduring partnerships, ensuring that customers derive maximum value from LangChain while fostering usage, renewals, and expanding their investment. Your effectiveness will be gauged by your contributions to customer retention and net revenue retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire customer lifecycle after contract signing for a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring exceptional retention rates.

  • Create and manage a continuous forecast for your portfolio, consistently achieving or surpassing quarterly and annual renewal and net retention goals.

  • Proactively identify and address churn risks by assessing customer health, tracking product usage, and overcoming commercial barriers.

  • Discover and act on expansion opportunities by aligning customer needs with new features and products, clearly communicating the added value.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, from end-users to business decision-makers.
