Your Role - Structured, Diverse, Responsible
Preparatory bookkeeping including processing incoming and outgoing invoices
Support in accounting tasks
Preparation and verification of travel expense reports
Administrative support in HR processes
Organization of office workflows and general administrative tasks
Management of communication channels including incoming and outgoing mail
Responsibility in office management (ordering, coordination of external service providers, etc.)
Assistance in corporate event planning
Contributing to projects and organizational support for internal initiatives
