We are looking for a dynamic CRM Manager to join our North America Commercial Services team. This pivotal leadership role will focus on driving the success of our Vault CRM projects, enhancing our service delivery, and playing a critical role in the growth and advancement of our commercial services within the life sciences arena.
As a Practice Manager within our CRM team, you will be a proven leader and mentor, passionate about fostering high-performing teams and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will lead our CRM initiatives, define our hiring strategies, and oversee key operational frameworks.
