Strong passion for assisting children with autismDemonstrated patience, compassion, and teamwork skillsMust be at least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or GED requiredAbility to obtain CPR and First Aid certification, along with a Tuberculosis test (if not completed in the last year)Successful completion of a pre-employment background checkPhysical capability to perform various movements (sitting, bending, etc.)Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 poundsMust attain Registered Behavior Technician Certification following onboarding

Join our dedicated team at Centria Autism as a Behavior Technician and make a significant impact in the lives of children with autism. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with children, applying personalized behavior intervention strategies developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Utilizing proven, evidence-based techniques, you will teach essential skills such as communication, social interaction, and daily living activities while effectively managing challenging behaviors.

We are seeking passionate, patient, and compassionate individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills to succeed, regardless of your prior experience. This position can be physically demanding, so you should be comfortable with various movements including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
