Qualifications

Genuine passion for supporting children with autism. Demonstrated patience and compassion. Able to collaborate effectively in a team setting. Minimum age of 18 years. High school diploma or GED required. Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification, as well as a Tuberculosis test within the last year. Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check. Physical capability to perform various movements (sitting, squatting, bending, etc.). Capacity to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Registered Behavior Technician Certification to be acquired within 45 days of onboarding.
