Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end automation for high-volume compensation processes, including benchmarking data ingestion, market pricing analytics, offer approvals, off-cycle adjustments, and personalized compensation statement generation. Act as the primary technical administrator for specialized compensation management software and collaborate with the enterprise HRIS team to define integration requirements. Work alongside Compensation Partners and the Compensation Programs Design lead to configure and rigorously test core systems in preparation for the Annual Compensation Cycle. Develop and maintain self-service tools for HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders, including internal mobility calculators, global transfer modeling tools, and automated statement generators. Create and oversee Total Rewards dashboards that provide real-time insights into compensation metrics, budget utilization, and market trends. Lead the training and development of internal AI agents to manage foundational compensation inquiries and appropriately escalate issues to team reviewers. Maintain the Total Rewards knowledge base, ensuring policies and technical guidelines are accurate and optimized for AI engagement and user experience. Establish and uphold data privacy and governance protocols for all AI applications utilized by the Total Rewards team, ensuring the protection of sensitive information.
