Key ResponsibilitiesOnboarding & Data MappingCollaborate with new clients to interpret compensation data and effectively integrate it into Compa’s platform. Engage with Onboarding Managers and Integrations Engineers to ensure the accurate and efficient setup, enhancing customer time-to-value. Data Review & OptimizationExamine and validate customer data to identify and resolve issues, ensuring accuracy. Perform minor system configuration updates (e.g., field mapping, structure updates, enabling settings) to enhance operational efficiency. Suggest and implement data enhancements to boost efficiency and system performance. Work closely with product and support teams to tackle complex data challenges. Customer Education & EngagementDeliver training sessions and materials to empower customers in utilizing the Compa platform effectively.
