Essential Qualifications:A strong technical background in computer science with a focus on computer vision (CV) and machine learning (ML), acquired through formal education or significant real-world experience. A solid grasp of core ML and CV concepts, including training dynamics, generalization, bias-variance tradeoffs, evaluation methodologies, and common failure modes. Hands-on experience in model training: capable of establishing training loops, debugging convergence issues, fine-tuning hyperparameters, and executing evaluations on actual CV tasks. Experience deploying a model or CV pipeline in a production or near-production environment with real users, beyond research or internal projects. Exceptional communication skills in both spoken and written English. A strong drive to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Desirable Qualifications:Expertise in visual quality, defect, or anomaly detection.

The Computer Vision Engineer in Applied Machine Learning focuses on building and deploying computer vision systems for manufacturing environments. This position combines machine learning expertise with hands-on software engineering, aiming to deliver solutions that progress from prototype to production use on factory floors.
