Key Responsibilities:

Champion a robust safety culture for all team members, vendors, and clients by adhering to safety and environmental policies and regulations.
Conduct site visits to identify optimal construction routes, assess project risks, and define effective construction methodologies and schedules.
Participate in estimating meetings, providing detailed insights on construction rates for various activities within high voltage transmission projects.
Assist in the supervision of Superintendents, General Foremen, and Foremen, ensuring efficient scheduling of work, crews, tools, and equipment to minimize travel time.
Collaborate with Project Engineers and Project Managers to regularly update project schedules.
