Key Responsibilities:
- Champion a robust safety culture for all team members, vendors, and clients by adhering to safety and environmental policies and regulations.
- Conduct site visits to identify optimal construction routes, assess project risks, and define effective construction methodologies and schedules.
- Participate in estimating meetings, providing detailed insights on construction rates for various activities within high voltage transmission projects.
- Assist in the supervision of Superintendents, General Foremen, and Foremen, ensuring efficient scheduling of work, crews, tools, and equipment to minimize travel time.
- Collaborate with Project Engineers and Project Managers to regularly update project schedules.
