- Oversee projects from the pre-construction phase through to closeout, ensuring that scope, schedule, and budget targets are consistently met.
- Create and manage comprehensive project schedules, cost estimates, and execution strategies.
- Supervise contracts, subcontracts, and change orders, ensuring adherence to company and client standards.
- Coordinate the procurement of materials, equipment, and labor to maintain project timelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with superintendents to oversee field operations, uphold safety standards, and ensure quality control.
- Proactively identify potential risks and implement effective solutions to keep projects progressing smoothly.
- Provide regular progress updates to leadership and clients.
- Lead project closeout activities, including punch lists, documentation, and final handover.
