About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to join our team in Castle Rock. This role is pivotal in overseeing and managing the planning, coordination, and execution of various construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while fostering collaboration among all stakeholders involved.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in the planning and development of design alternatives for major construction projects.
  • Assess and interpret proposed designs and specifications to ensure they meet functional and institutional standards, suggesting revisions as necessary.
  • Document and circulate meeting discussions and conclusions to relevant parties.
  • Issue contracts, purchase orders, and change orders while approving contractor invoices for payment.
  • Oversee all project aspects, emphasizing safety, quality, budget adherence, and schedules.
  • Facilitate and monitor the approval of materials and equipment.
  • Receive, evaluate, and incorporate changes to the scope of work.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects/engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Initiate project close-out processes and secure necessary documentation.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial construction with experience in sectors such as aviation, K-12 education, higher education, or municipal projects.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and financial management.
