  • Handle incoming calls from international clientele with professionalism.
  • Adapt and excel in a dynamic environment characterized by high call volumes and challenging situations.
  • Exhibit an appropriate sense of urgency when addressing customer inquiries and requests.
  • Uphold professional etiquette and deliver exemplary customer service during phone interactions.
  • Proactively inform Coaches, Floor Support mentors, or Team Leaders of any issues or unusual circumstances that could potentially escalate or lead to customer dissatisfaction.
  • Accurately document all interactions and information in relevant systems, ensuring detailed records are kept for future reference and investigation.
