Role overview
The Content Engagement Associate, based in Cebu, will interact with clients via Dedale’s Lighthouse platform. The role focuses on understanding client behavior, sharing relevant content, and supporting a positive user experience.
Main responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze client usage of the Lighthouse platform, tracking content access and engagement metrics.
- Identify trends in client activity to provide tailored content recommendations that match their interests and needs.
- Keep clients informed about new content, platform features, and events through regular emails and newsletters.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client questions and concerns, ensuring prompt solutions.
- Resolve platform-related issues to maintain client satisfaction and ensure a smooth user experience.
