This position transcends traditional content marketing; you will not simply follow a content calendar or execute pre-defined briefs. Instead, your mission will be to harness genuine customer insights and product signals to generate a continuous flow of high-quality content that aligns with our core themes, narratives, and messaging.
Collaboration will be key as you engage directly with customers, engineers, and leadership to extract valuable insights and transform them into diverse content formats, case studies, thought leadership pieces, social media content, webinars, videos, and more. You will also take charge of content distribution, ensuring our work reaches the market and enhances visibility.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Narrative Development
- Oversee the entire content creation process across various formats: case studies, thought leadership, social media, webinars, and videos.
- Engage directly with customers to derive real outcomes and craft compelling, human-centered narratives.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, founders, and internal teams to understand product developments and their real-world impacts, translating these into suitable content formats.
- Convert complex technical and operational topics into clear, engaging, and credible content.
- Uphold a high standard for storytelling, clarity, and usefulness, leveraging AI as an enhancement, not a replacement for your creative process.
Content Systems & AI-Assisted Execution
- Design and build a scalable content engine that connects corporate priorities, customer insights, content formats, and distribution channels.
- Organize and maintain core narratives, customer outcomes, and product developments for easy content transformation.
- Implement AI-driven workflows that enhance the speed, consistency, and scalability of content production.
