Join ARQ as our Content Manager in Brazil

Your Responsibilities
Create 2-4 high-quality videos per week that highlight current use-cases in Brazil such as Travel, Wealth Management, Remote Work, and innovative products.
Concept Development: Generate creative ideas and write engaging scripts for video content.
Production: Independently produce content that is visually appealing and feels organic, steering clear of an overly promotional tone.
Editing: Manage all aspects of video editing and post-production for delivered assets.
Stay updated on social media trends that can inspire new video ideas.
Deliver visually stunning content, preferably with a background in filmmaking or content creation.
Work closely with the performance marketing team to test and refine creative assets.
Your Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in video content creation (e.g., Content Creator, Filmmaker).
A portfolio that showcases high-quality, organic or branded video content.
A creative mindset, agility, and the ability to work independently.
Strong understanding of Brazilian digital culture, including trends, humor, and language nuances.
Exceptional skills in pre-production, particularly in script and idea development.
Proficient in video production, capable of creating diverse formats such as UGC, Voice Overs, and Street Interviews.
Post-production expertise to ensure high-quality, aesthetically pleasing editing.
Consistently generate creative video content on a weekly basis.
Preferred Qualifications:
Filmmaking skills with both traditional cameras and smartphones.
