The Role
We are on the lookout for a talented Content Strategist & Writer to lead our content initiatives across two key areas: Meridian's brand and our founder's personal social media presence.
This position focuses heavily on content creation. You will engage in producing high-quality content, developing brand messaging, and influencing how Meridian communicates its narrative to the public. You will collaborate directly with our CEO and be one of the earliest dedicated content team members.
No need to be an AI specialist from day one; we seek a skilled writer and strategist who can quickly adapt to our voice, act swiftly, and deliver impactful content.
What You'll Do
Manage and implement Meridian's content calendar, engaging with platforms including blog, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, newsletter, and TikTok.
Create and refine technical content (guides, deep dives, documentation, explainers) that resonates with marketing and growth leaders.
Collaborate with the Product team to enhance our content generation processes.
Develop and maintain a scalable content system (templates, briefs, style guides, repurposing workflows).
Stay informed about the evolving AI search landscape and convert rapid developments into timely, valuable content.
What We're Looking For
1–3 years of content experience, preferably within a B2B SaaS or marketing technology environment.
Demonstrated ability to write across multiple formats: social media posts, long-form articles, technical documentation, and UX/product copy.
Strong insights into what makes content effective.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment; we're an early-stage team.
Familiarity with SEO fundamentals; experience with AI search, AEO, and GEO is a plus.
